🎙️A Bright Future for NFTs | Steve NFT Bark
A true optimist comes on the show to talk web3, media, and the book about NFTs.
What’s up everybody, it’s LG Doucet here.
I’ve been thinking a lot about this interview since we recorded last week.
I’ve been following Steve since he got started. At first, when they launched dGen network, I was like who the hell are these guys. I was very territorial back then, a sentiment that I’m grateful didnt last too long
Over time, I’ve come to really admire Steve. He’s a relentless guy; always moving, hustling, looking for something new and fresh to work on.
I didn’t know what to expect when I had him on. We’d never spoken outside a few DMs.
But damn. I was impressed. He has so much energy for the space, despite my constant narrative of gloom and doom.
I loved hearing his stories. From building his first website int he 6th grade that was just a bunch of weird Riddles, to spending the dGen network’s mint money on a secret guy who gets allow lists.
Steve is a player in the space, and I highly recommend you give him a follow.

But first, listen to my interview with the man signed to Penguin Publishing to write a book about web3, Steve NFT Bark.
Highlights from this one:
The early days of the dGen Network
The guy they hired to get them on secret Allow Lists
He taught himself HTML and built a site filled with Riddles
His book deal with Penguin Publishing
The best Discord he’s in (surprising answer)
Will Doodles 2 come to Flow?
We’ve had some banger pods (and newsletters!) the last few weeks, including last week when I went back to my speculative roots.
