In the NBA world, Golden State has that championship swagger right now — which is pretty remarkable given the aging core, Klay’s recovery + the retooling that has taken place over the last few years.
It also helps that Andrew Wiggins has turned into MJ out of nowhere — and had one of the best dunks I’ve ever seen to just absolutely obliterate Luka Doncic (it was originally called a charge, which was thankfully overturned via challenge):

This is a pretty exciting add to the Top Shot ecosystem, dipping far back into history to kick off a new set called ‘Anthology’.

Magic’s recent stretch of TV Shows/documentaries (HBO’s ‘Winning Time’ and Apple TV’s ‘They Call Me Magic’) makes this a timely release for Top Shot. After personally just finishing ‘Winning Time’ (very fun and enjoyable series IMO), this drop definitely now holds some added interest.
And for the first time in a while, we have a massive new player making his debut — and at a scarce moment count! LFG!
Also notable was the TSS requirement for the queue (150,000 for Priority Queue), which is our first reference point for the new system.
Seeing a lot of bullishness across the timeline in regards to the drop — could Magic immediately vault his way to the top echelon of the platform?
Let's get spicy with the takes: Magic Johnson's @nbatopshot TSD should be the most valuable Moment on the MP. Rookie badge, Debut badge, Championship badge for a bona fide top 10 (top 5?) player of all time, and only /80 with no tiered debuts like in S1.
I really hope we don’t get a competing Archive-type common moment of Magic (and looking at the numbers on this poll from Alxo, I am not alone). Let something stay scarce and desirable, please!
