🎙️Dapper Loses Another GM
Pod 200 is here, featuring a Dave Feldman departure, Top Shot Lawsuit fallout, PGA NFTs on Draft Kings, and LG's naughty behavior in Sorare.
What’s up everybody, it’s LG Doucet here.
All good things must come to an end. Last week, the sports community said goodbye to many solid members of the Dapper team, as the company faced another round of layoffs.
And today, perhaps the largest domino yet has fallen. Dave Feldman, who came over from the NFL to drive marketing on Top Shot and then on the other properties like ALL DAY and Strike, has announced he is leaving the company.
Man. We knew we’d see some casualties in the bear market, but this one hurts!
Dave was one of the real ones, and always very upfront about the challenges faced by Digital Collectibles. He brought about the ALL DAY Playbook and recruited tons of strong marketers to the team.
Shortly following the news, it was announced that Noah, the platform’s economist, would be taking over as General Manager.
We have a lot to say about all this.
And it just so happens that our podcast now exclusively covers current events. Starting with this afternoon, when it was our first topic of discussion…

This week, looks like most sports collections fell in Volume. ALL DAY in particular dropped off now we’re a few weeks post-Super Bowl.
On the weekly BUYERS, Soccer continues to dominate but NBA on Sorare had a small boost in users as it returned from the All-Star break.
Sorare MLB and Candy Digital sit below 300 users each despite opening day being just 30 days away.
Here are the best comments from this week.
